West Chicago, Illinois: December 5, 2016 – This year the City of West Chicago as part of the Brilliance in Business (BiB) Awards program introduced the Legacy Business Award to directly acknowledge and award a longstanding member of the business community. In contrast to the nomination-based and panel awarded BiB recognitions, this award honors a business that has served the community for 45 years or more, and that has supported the economic vitality of West Chicago over several decades.
