U.S. Chamber President and CEO Suzanne P. Clark hosted President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan, where she reiterated the U.S. Chamber’s support for granting Kazakhstan Permanent Normal Trade Relations. She also discussed with Prime Minister Oljas Bektenov efforts to utilize Kazakhstan’s energy resources and critical minerals.
At the U.S. Chamber’s headquarters, Tshering Tobgay, Prime Minister of Bhutan joined a discussion on how American companies can facilitate Bhutan’s ongoing socio-economic transformation.
Partnering with the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Chamber hosted a discussion with Health Ministers from Nigeria and Rwanda on U.S. global health policy and how it overlaps with national security and economic interests.
