West Chicago’s 2026 community events have brought residents and visitors together throughout the year for celebrations, entertainment, food, music, arts, culture, and family-friendly activities. From Blooming Fest and Railroad Days to Food Fest and Mexican Independence Day celebrations, events throughout the community have offered opportunities to connect and enjoy time together.
The City wants to hear from the community. Share your thoughts and ideas to help shape the future of our events. Your feedback can help the City better understand how the community hears about events, which events people enjoy, and how future events can be promoted and planned.

The survey includes questions about your experience with this year’s events, how you hear about them, which events you attended, and what could help encourage greater participation. The survey closes Monday, October 26.
Please note that events typically held in Downtown West Chicago will not be held in Downtown in 2027 due to the Downtown Beautification and Modernization Project. Locations for those events are to be determined.
